Now when i am online seems to be some people from Asia/Australia actually joins the server and when that happens people that joined did not get whitelisted for hours until night in our time. So i thought i could become a staff to help with that problem so they wont be waiting for long anymore. Also for the other reason is that i love being a staff member to enforce the law of the server/community from people who are breaking the rules and it really cheers me up in helping the server. Even that i am living in Asia i sometimes stay up very late so usually i come online morning to afternoon in US time. Because helping as a staff is a great thing for me. (151 Words) [b]What do you bring to our staff team?[/b] First of all i would bring happiness to the members/players in the server by helping them out always when they needed staff. Preventing people from waiting for whitelist for hours. I would bring safety to the server from minges, and dealing people that has arguments about the rules or anything else they need help for. I can also bring discipline, and a good example for the staff team. Abuse of power is not tolerated for myself and so by that i mean i will be fair at anytime and anywhere as a staff. No staff team should be abusing his/her power to fool around. Discipline is one of the things that we all should have in order to moderate a server/community, without it.. it could become chaos such as abusing or fooling around. I promise you i would be discipline, and fair all the time as staff and i will keep the staff team's name stay fresh(157 Words) [b]Will you be willing to help out with setting up events? If willing, do you have a general knowledge of how to use the GMod tools?[/b] Yes i would, i am also experienced as Event Manager in 1 SWRP server i pretty much know a lot of things for events. Basic tools in GMod is really easy to use as i have used it many times to create event in the last server i play. I have a lot of ideas in mind to make them alive in games or in real life. Making an event is a fun and hard because you need to make the event pretty much fair and it needs to make sense otherwise people won't be liking the event. So if i got ask to help setting up the events, i would love to help because it is a really fun job to do as well. If i could get my own event i would do it when people are bored because most of the time i didn't get events when i am online, people there are always bored so i was thinking i could change that too. For example, 2 people are talking together in a place then suddenly this guy shows up and starting to attack them with no reason. [i][color=#9b59b6]RDA[/color]:[/i] [i][u]Random Arrest[/u][/i] - This means that the person arrested someone with no reason. Example: 1 guy walking on the street doing nothing and a police came and arrested him with no reason. [i][color=#f39c12]NLR[/color]:[/i] [i][u]New Life Rule[/u][/i] - This means that if you die, you are to forget what happened before you died and you may not return the the same place for 3-5 minutes. Example: A police trying to break in to the house and suspecting that he has money printer, which turns out the person does have money printers. The police got shot to death by the person who owned the money printer. When the police respawns he is to forget that he has the printer and should not come back to the place for 3-5 minutes.
