I'd love to turn these hours I've planned to spend role-playing into continuous hours of making the community better and stronger (not that it isn’t already). I'm big on respect and equality for each and every individual whether you're new or have been a part of something for a long time. Everyone deserves the same level of attention and respect regardless who is right or wrong at the time. I would consider myself pretty active in this community and would get along with most people on the server. I respect everyone's opinion and try to improve on criticism. I'm known for being self-sacrificing and will go well out of my way to help someone in need as long as that person can have a more enjoyable experience regardless of the situation. I love to help out when I can if I see someone is in need, and am very generous, it's part of my self-loving nature. What do you bring to our staff team?: I will ensure that task has been completed no matter how many days pass I will carry out my duties until they are done, no matter how long it takes. I like the server, I enjoy the players of this communities company, I am not afraid of going that extra mile, nor am I afraid of speaking my mind if a situation needs to be dealt with. I am easy to approach and when the situations call for it I put my Admin cap on and I deal with all situations as I would as it was court. Real life experiences have taught me that I can easily show no bias towards people as I would expect the same in return, as that is the basis for a healthy community. As previously mentioned I have seen the damming effects of favoritism and corruption on big servers for when it comes to the fact of Administration and responsibility and I intend to make sure that does not follow over into any other community. Kinda moving towards the -1 cuz just because you have alot of time on Garry's mod doesn't mean you have staff experiance. Frankly i just see you beating around the bush instead of saying no. If you don't have experince it's fine, just say it. I don't like people who beat around the bush so -1 for me.
