Another reason i would like to become staff is that I want to help players out as I see a lot of RDM (especially when there is no staff on) and players who join the server just leave because of the rdm and if i got staff i would be able to be on the server 7+ hrs (weekdays) 10+hrs (Weekends) which means i  can be online most of the time to help players out and catch the rulebreakers. I also have noticed that a lot of people aren't doing that much rp anymore, I would like to change this as all I really see at the moment is duels but no actual good rp, if i was to become staff/GM i would try and fix this and get players more involved with each other and get the rp flowing more. Another reason i would like to become staff on this server is that I want to help the community out in any way possible, this means that I would just like to help players out that are struggling or need help, for example when im online i see a lot of younglings going around but they have been trained but they don't have the whitelist, I would like to change this and make sure everyone on the community gets help and support when they request it. What do you bring to our staff team?: Due to my past experience i can bring many things into your staff team. I know a lot about the code in garrys mod servers which means that if there is an issue in the server i should be able to help fix it. Also i have been a staff member on many servers which means i can handle most situations, I also am proffesional at all times which will provide players with the knowledge to know that the staff on the server are good and willing to help. I know a lot about most of the main administration systems as well which can help if another staff member gets stuck and can't do something. Also I am a mature and good person and I will be willing to help out the server at any cost, I am very active and I know a lot about GMOD, I have coded many successful servers and can guarantee that i will be a good staff member to have on your team! Will you be willing to help out with setting up events? If willing, do you have a general knowledge of how to use the GMod tools? I will be more then willing to help out with setting up events, if i get GM i will most likely make lores or event plans and get loads of events running, I also have good general knowledge of how to use the Gmod tools and I know how to run a good event that all players will enjoy! I believe that events are a crucial part of a good rp server and I believe i can run events well and I have had lots of past experience running events. Most of my events i have ran on past servers have been a success and I will continue that streak on this server! I also know how to make a good plot which is crucial in any event so the event doesn't just turn into a huge battle, If i was choosen as a GM i would make sure all events include everyone on the server and make sure to not leave anyone on the server out of these events as i believe that if the whole server engaged in an event then it would lead to the community being brought together more and make rp better throughout the server. What is the definition of RDM, NLR, FearRP, and RDA : RDM - Random Death Match - When a player kills another play for no reason - For example Lets say John walked up to Bob and killed him for no reason at all, that would be classed as RDM NLR - New Life Rule - When killed you cannot return to you death point for 3 minutes - For example if Bob killed John and then John returned to the same place he died in the 3 minutes it would be NLR. Fear RP - Fear Roleplay - Fear RP is when your character is feared for his/hers life and will have to surrender - For example if Bob got a team of 5 and they all had guns but John only had a knife, if they told John to get on the floor and he didn't it would be fear rp as they clearly out number him and he should be feared for his life. RDA- Random Arrest - Random arrest is when you get arrested without reason - For example if Steve went up to Bob and John and arrested them for no reason - It would be RDA.
